I have recently been reading about the exchange of energy, more specifically the exchange of sexually energy between two people. Quite a concept in our world now, as the US has hit a record number of STD’s. I can’t help but question the ignorance of those sexually active. What is energy exchange? And did you know that you do indeed exchange energy with your sexual partner? I have always been aware of energies and have felt that the energies need to be right ESPECIALLY prior to sexual intercourse. Because the act of sex is ultimately sacred & special. Sex is an act of energy that leads to procreation. It should be regarded in high standings.
You should be aware of your own energy before thinking about getting serious or interacting with others, especially when looking to take things to another level. Also be especially aware of low vibrational people, vibes, and sex. The concept of low vibrational sex is that when you have sexual relations with a “low vibrational” person. Or a person who may be experiencing negative thoughts, or who’s heart/head is not in the right space, etc.
Imagine connecting and exchanging energy with a low vibrational person. I can only imagine what a big toll it takes on you too. You are filled with those negative energies or low vibrations, our bodies reciprocate that energy. Believe it or not it is important to exchange energy with like minded people. Someone who reflects what you are and what you want. Remember this next time you decide to lay with someone.
This is a message to all to just be more aware of energy. Be aware of the energy you give off and that of others. Literally protect yourself spiritually, physically, and sexually. If something feels off, if the energy does not feel right, do not force it.
